Smiling is a great way to change your attitude, connect with people around you and it’s great for your health! When you are stressed, smiling and laughing counter the effects of that stress. This may actually sound weird, but by forcing ourselves to smile, we sort of “trick” our bodies into believing that everything is good, thereby reducing stress! An easy way to change our moods huh? So even if you don’t feel like smiling, do it, and pretty soon you’ll be smiling for real :) Enjoy!
